I was referred by another shop and you could tell the guys were in a good mood. They were so polite and helpful. And charged me a reasonable amount. I will definitely be going back and sending referrals

7 months ago, I bought 4 used tires here. I was told they had "90% tread life" left. Fast forward to this month, and one of those tires completely split open while I was driving on the freeway. When I called to see if they would work with me on a replacement or offer a small store credit given the short lifespan, they instead tried to upsell me a replacement tire for $120—which is double what I originally paid for the tire that popped. On top of that, I had them do a tire rotation just last month. When I was stuck on the side of the freeway dealing with the blown tire, I discovered they had completely overtightened the lug nuts. Trying to get the lug nut off to put the spare on caused the actual wheel stud to snap completely off. An over-torqued bolt turned a simple flat tire into an expensive mechanical repair. As a heads-up to others, don't bother bringing a tire here for a patch or a plug. Even if you bought your entire set of tires from them, they will still charge you $25 out of pocket for a simple plug. ​The initial friendliness isn't worth the lack of safety standards or the total refusal to help a returning customer when their product fails early. Bought 2 tires from these guys. After three weeks they were completely bald. I called and told them what was going on and they told me to bring my car in. I removed the tires to look for a date. The tires were so old that you couldn’t even see the brand logo on them on the inside where the date should be. The date was buffed off the tires and they are dry rotted. When I brought the car in the refused to do anything or even acknowledge they screwed Me over. Terrible service, rude employees and a bunch of lying scammers. Do not take your vehicle here.

I called and needed a couple used tires, no where as had them, but Jose hooked me up with a couple for a good price. I came and was out in a little under an hour. These guys are awesome.

I took my Corolla in for new tires and they determined the shocks in the back needed to be replaced. Jacob thoroughly helped me understand how bad shocks leads to cupping which then wears the tires out faster. The service was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. Definitely will be a repeat customer for these guys and recommend them!
